Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was a teenager. Her Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Pro Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional license to continue her studies. After completing her college education Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She kept competing after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. By the time 2009 ended, she had won several fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance in order to complete her university education. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished 3rd during the event. Summer of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving into exercises. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day as well as the second heavier weight day.
